My husband and I would stop by and just dream of owning a harley, So we met Captain, and he told us, when ever we are ready , just to let him know and he would work very hard to help us geta harley, so just a few days ago my husband and i just stopped by to look at the new 2012 harleys, and just dream of owning one, captain and the staff helped make our dream come true, captain thank you so much your the greatest. - Rosie Garrett

My name is Kevin Burt. I found my overall experience with Lander's (Little Rock location) to be awesome. I had the pleasure of dealing with "Captain" and I'm here to tell you he's on top of things. I first inquired about buying a bike about 2 yrs ago and he's never forgotten my name. To me that's pretty impressive considering the number of people who visit the store on a day to day basis. He's always there and ready to help you in any way he can. I hope he never retires because I plan to continue dealing with him for many years to come. Don't get me wrong, the entire staff was really nice but "Captain" is the man. I purchased a 2011 Road Glide Ultra and believe me, it won't be my last. This is a trip... Wife and I stopped by Landers,Hotspings with dreams and window shopping. We were met with a warm welcome from Randy (sales man} he did'nt act at all like a salesman more like a friend. We told him WE WISH, for all we had was a little Kal.500,Randy with that funny lil smile took 5 min. and a few questions to our surprise calls across the store and said i will set u up in a very nice harley. We told him about our trade in and Randy asked me to bring the bike in the next morn. I was surprised when he was able to work such an awesome deal for our trade in.Thanks Randy and staff.. LOL Now we think of you everytime we put our hair in the wind on our Awesome Harley Davidson ULTRA... Our blessing is with the staff member whom was injured. Leslie and Desiree Cobb

Greetings! Just wanted to drop a line to express many thanks to Jim Rardin and Co. for getting us back on the road in very short order. Last week my wife and I were on vacation and upon passing through your neck of the woods we developed an inner primary seal leak.... not good being so far from home. As I know dealerships are quite busy this time of year I had anticipated a delay in service though when I called everyone was willing to do whatever was possible to help us get back on our way. I arrived at 8:30 the following morning and was back on the road by 11:30! The result was very little impact to our trip and was much appreciated! Be assured I will be telling all of our local riders about the superior service recieved and recommend they stop by your shop if they are in your part of the world. We had the pleasure of dealing with Captian, he went out of his way to make sure that we were taking care of. We had credit issues but he did not turn us away, he made sure we used all the steps possible to get us a bike. I wish that all salesman were like him. He did not try pushing anything on you made us feel very welcome. Any questions we had he was very promt to answer. Because of the treatment we received from Captian we will tell everyone to come see him for their next Harley purhase or service. Thanks for hiring such a honest man in your dealership. I was traveling through Hot Springs recently and needed my headlights looked at. Your stafff got me right in and took care of the problem and got us on our way. It was great to have a dealership that went out of their way to take care of my problem and get me on my way in a very short period of time. My wife and myself were in Hot springs and we developed a noise on our Harley. So we went to Landers in hotsprings, The service checked it out and was very nice telling us what the problem could be, so we decided to trade it in on a 2007 Harley Ultra Glide, We dealt with Randy there and He was very patient. I choose to believe we made new friends and I will buy my next harley from Landers in Hotsprings. I could go on but I believe enough said . Great place, service, and total experience was wonderful. Great job Capt, the whole thing was painless from start to finish. When we get ready to buy again I will surely look you up. Steve and Jim in the parts dept did a great job getting all my parts that I added to the Wide Glide and what a list it was!! Jay in service worked hard getting the bike into the service dept in a timely manner to have all those parts installed. What can I say about Mark the often overlooked wrench turner, he did a excellent job turning an already cool bike into an awesome bike, how fun it is!!!! I never want anyone eles turning a wrench on my bike. George Newcomb what a great guy, I don't think I've ever bought anything where I was treated with more respect!!!!! Thanks George. Service & Parts. You always wonder if the guys your dealing with know what that means. Well we had a battery go bad as they do every so often and just happen to be in Hot Springs. So we called the 1800-help # without success and decided to go looking and found the guys at Harley in Hot spring having the best time of their life on a holiday doing Inventory. Well i'm glad they were so they could show how they understand the real meaning of Service & sell me a battery to keep my wife & I going. I guess Parts are not Parts after all. She has always been the nicest and most considerate sales-person Landers has ever had. I bought my first Harley Davidson last Saturday at Landers Harley davidson in Little Rock,AR. Richard "CAPTAIN" Dailey and Wendi Sams worked above and beyond to make this one of the most enjoyable days of my life! They even sent one of the service guys, JAY, to my house to pick up my trade in! This allowed my wife and I to spend the rest of that day enjoying our new Harley, and not running back and forth to the dealership! You just don't find that kind of service anymore! Just purchased a 2011 Harley Heritage Softail Classic and could not be happier with my experience. Lee Ann was great and helped me through the process from step one to my driving it off the lot. I had a real pleasant experience the other day in the purchase of my Street Glide. I have to say that Captain (Little Rock, Sales) took great care of me. I was also provided a sticker that says it all "I got mine from Captain, Ride it like you stole it". I also have to say that my interactions with Wendi in finance and George (General Manager) was what keeps me coming back to Landers Harley Davidson. This was my first Harley Davidson bike. It started with Curtis in Sales who did a fantastic job with helping me over the past year. I finally decided on a Road King Classic. There wasn't one in stock but Curtis found one in just a few days and called me as soon as it came off the truck! Carrie in Financing was awesome and friendly as usual and was great in getting my finances in order,and a great interest rate to boot. I knew I had to add parts as everyone does. Sam and Mike in the parts department were so very patient with me. There were a few parts that HD did not have and Sam took it upon himself to hunt down some aftermarket parts that worked out great! The Manager, Scott Wallace stepped up and helped me get my aftermarket exhaust at a great price! Last but not least Mike Annis and Tony my service Tech, did just a fantastic job getting my parts put on and the bike tuned. The bike looks awesome and runs great!
