"I came in knowing I was eventually going buy a bike, but did not expect to find exactly what I wanted and needed that day! Thanks to my salesman who guided me but respected my opinions. Turns out he was absolutely right and I bought that bike. It is so perfect and I could not have had a better experience with purchasing my first Harley!"

"I had visited Jim and Tracie Allen at Lander's HD on a previous trip. My riding partner (also brother in law) needed to get a new seat for his '01 Deuce. Lander's did not have it but did locate it at a nearby dealer. Jim Allen arranged for the seat to be overnighted so we could get on with our trip. They then sent the seat back to his home. Jim, Tracie, Vickie,Cody,Joe and ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. Sorry, I forgot some names. Great place! Thanks alot!!"

"During the week of May 20 - 23 I called, I guess the central operator for Landers since apparantly you have change phone systems or something. I had always dealt with a lady named Debbie that always got me to the right place and who I needed to talk to in a minute or two. I know everyone's time is valuable, but I guess this Debbie was on vacation that week. I called wanting Hot Springs service and kept ending up with sales in NLR or Parts in LR and findly just gave up. I had TO DRIVE to Hot Springs Location to order the things I wanted. If you are going to use different operators on this system, please please provide some training. I haven't had any problems until last week and I can promise if there had been another dealer in town, I would have used them. Whoever "Debbie" is I am ok with, she always gets the people on line I need to talk to; whoever took her place spent 20 minutes trying to get me to Brady. I know it is hard to find good help, but this became a circus after 3 phone calls. Is there any rememdy that you can suggest?"

"I was in trouble, no power to my FLHTI, it just died on the Interstate. A very nice couple stopped to assist, called Landers Harley for me as my cell phone was also dead. Bob called the Wrecker Service and got me in the shop, Jeff jumped on finding my problem and fixed it right away. All along Jeff and Bob kept me informed, assured me that I was going to be taken care of even if I had to stay over. Landers Harley is a group of very fine folks more than willing to provide excellant service to the customer, offering a comforting and relaxing atmosphere and the confidence that it will be done and done right. Top notch outfit. Thanks for getting me back on the road and home to my family."

"I bought an 08 FLSTC in June of 08. I rode it stock until Landers took over and ran a special on a "Stage II" kit and super-tuner. I really wasn't convinced that it would do what Landon claimed. I went ahead with his advice. They did the kit in a couple of days since it was cold and I wasn't in a hurry. Price was $200 less than what Landon told me.
The rest of the story is Landon LIED TO ME. He said I should have about 15 more HP and around 40 percent increase in torque. I was really pissed when I got 750 miles on it and the kit was ready to be dynoed.
Now for you nay-sayers, this is tongue in cheek. This bike dynoed at 88HP and a little over 102 FP of torque. Just a little more than the little man said! LOL
The difference is unbelievable. The screaming eagle kit ain't for everybody, but it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Ya know, you hear the lope on a twin cylinder and you think what is that? And then you hear the sleeper wake up! I am so glad I do business with people who will lie to the low side, but in the end You are more pleased than you can imagine...At least that's always been my experince dealing with dem folks in H.S. The ONLY complaint I have is that I went to LR and got the bike dynoed, and had the best damn rib dinner in the world comped by Bob at the HAWG Cafe' while I waited. Hot Springs better get off their duff on this food thing :)) I never even got a taco from them, and I sure don't mind driving to LR for service... This is a gig at Debbie and Landon (private joke)"

"I am seriously impressed with the whole staff at the Hot Springs store! We stopped by one saturday bought some accessories, ordered more plus a service manual, made an appointment with the service department for some slight service work, under warrenty, and was greatly pleased. The following wendesday I returned to pick up my goods and have my rocker box gaskets replaced. The service department did excellent work in a timely manner. The Service Manager was very helpfull and understanding of my needs, overall an outstanding dealership experiance!
The parts folks are knowledegable and extremely helpfull, willing to go the extra mile, Thanks Debbi & Rusty, I will be back for more of the same!
I spoke with Jon about a scooter for the wife and lo and behold he too was helpfull and seemed to know his business also. I for one am sold on the Lander's experiance now that they have joined the Harley family!

"The short version: 53 years old...female...my FIRST Harley...haven't been on my own bike since 1979 (Honda TwinStar). After walking in, seeing the bike I KNEW I HAD TO HAVE and spending a couple of hours with Brian Phelps, it was a "done deal". I wasn't "sold" a bike..the bike sold its self. Brian offered his patience, experience, confidence and sincere intrest. He answered my newbie questions, and anticipated my needs and fears. Landon, thank you too. My husband sought you out because you have been such a help to him with his last 2 bikes. I can't think of a better experience with a new bike purchase. Thanks guys. "

"A funny thing happened on our trip to Hot Springs for the weekend...
...We made friends and bought a great Harley Davidson.
The Story:
Since our name is Landers and we don't see it that often where we're from, the Landers name on the Hot Springs store caught our attention while driving by. My wife, Cathy, talked me into pulling it to buy some shirts, etc. for our kids and other Harley-loving family members back home in OK and TX. After dropping more than $400 inside the store, we stepped outside only to see one of the coolest bikes I've seen in years. With God and many of your employees as my witnesses, Cathy proceeded to convince me to buy my fourth bike (I love it when my wife convinces me to buy Harley gear and bikes).
But the real story is about the folks at your Hot Springs store--we love 'em all! Brian, Rusty, Joe, Vickie, Billie, Candy, Randy, Jim and all the others were simply the most genuine, customer-oriented people whom we've ever dealt with.
As business owners ourselves, we are constantly disappointed with the anti-customer representation most employees demonstrate. But this is not the case at Landers Harley Davidson! They all seem to love what they do and where they do it. They actually seem like one big family. And we can honestly say they were this way before we ever wrote the check. In fact, it's WHY we wrote the check! You can buy a HD anywhere these days, but you rarely have the positive experience we had.
Furthermore, knowing we were first-timers to Hot Springs, many members of your team invited us out to enjoy Rusty's musical performance at Hawgs our first night. (He's possibly the most musically talented HD parts man in the US) Vickie Hageman and her husband Brian had dinner with us at Rods our second night in town and took us to watch/hear The Hillbilly Holler Band perform live at Time Out. Several other employees gave us suggestions for scenic rides in the area (we rode the bike while in Hot Springs before returning it to the store for Dallas shipment), great eating venues, fun activities, and the best hotels.
As a result, our trip was outstanding and these Landers feel as though we have new friends in Hot Springs, Ark. Buying the coolest Harley around is simply a bonus!!!"

"Miraculous change of attitude and atmosphere in every department! Fantastic change and 10-Fold improvement from the Jones-stinkin-thinking mentalitity. Thank goodness for Johnson, Landers, and the powers that be who helped transform a customer "depreciation" into customer appreciation...The mood and reception from the staff is so profoundly improved I almost fell over myself! I've entered Jones Harley many times in the past years, but never felt welcomed and surely never felt a desire to actually do any business above that which was just simply convenient and really needed at the time...otherwise I'd go anywhere aother than Jones! Thanks, I can't praise the change enough. I look forward to frequent buying and visiting trips to the dealership in Hot Springs now.

"Even though I wanted a Harley all my adult life, it took me a while to finally make my decision. John was very helpful and patient and did not push me. After we made the decision, Wendi was an absolute sweetheart working on the financing and other stuff. I also wanted to add a few things to my bike before I picked it up and Aaron Copeland was a tremendous help and gave me suggestions and good advice and after making the decisions, he said my bike would be ready when I was ready. Overall, everyone was very friendly and helpful and all were excited about my purchase.
Thanks to everyone and by the way, the chili dog at the Hog Diner was the bomb
thanks again

"In June of 08 I bought my dream machine, a FLSTC Heritage Softtail Classic.
Wasn't sure what the change of ownership would mean, but Landers did run an ad for a 103 Big Bore kit. I also bought the super tuner and got a new speedometer and it has a tach now.
I can't tell you how much difference this makes in performance! I can't wait to get 750 miles on the new kit and get it dyno'd for max performance. For you guys riding on a stock 96ci bike, I hate to leave you in my mirrors, but that is what you will see. These kits and assessories are awesome.
Landon, Russell, and Chris took care of everything to the last detail.
If anyone is looking for some real performance from a stock bike, these kits are for you. For $2500, you could not find a better buy! Way to go guys and I appreciate all you did. The bike is better than new and the HP difference is so noticeable I got braggin rights now :)
Thanks a Lot!

"I stopped in today after hearing the Landers ad on TV this morning. I was greeted by a friendly staff and made to feel welcome even after I told them I was just looking at this time.
The last time I was in this dealership (Little Rock) a couple of years ago I was basicly ignored, I had the money to purchase, I did purchase the next week at a place that seemed to appriciate me, a metric store.
Keep up that attitude and you should do well. I will be purchasing again in the future, I have owned over 20 bikes,I will be sure to tell my riding friends about the change at your location

" I left the house late on a Tuesday afternoon to go look at motorcycles; telling my wife i was sure i would return disapointed at not finding a bike that i both wanted AND could afford. I was actually on my way to a Yamaha dealership when I decided that if I was going to go home disapointed, I may as well get disapointed over the bike I've always wanted (that being anything that started with Harley ands ended in Davidson). By either fluke or stroke of luck I stumbled upon a 2001 FLHTCI at Jones in Little Rock. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for, and at a price I could afford. Both Wendi and John were very helpful and efficient; and so was the mechanic (Mark, I think). The bottom price was negotiated, and they replaced the worn handgrips and windshield; just as they said they would. I am very pleased with my overall experience, and will return to the store for all my parts and service needs.
I have had Kawasaki, Yamaha, and BMW before; but now I own a Harley. I LOVE this bike!"

"I made an appointment with Bradley in the service department for my purple 2002 Roadking for 25k service. tires, and tune up. My appointment was on a friday and customers with emergencies pushed my scooter back a little and Bradley called me a told me that they were going to have trouble getting it out friday. I told him that I was doing some home repairs to the house and probably wouldn't be able to ride the weekend anyway so I would talk to him on Tuesday. Tuesday turned bad real fast for me with my daughters Camaro needed some emergency repairs at the dealership that cost large dollars. I called the Harley shop around noon to hopefully get some good news when I found out that they were running a little late but hoped to get it out before closing. I didn't need to hear any news like that at the time and lost it a little with Drew that was unfortunate enough to answer the phone. He took it all in stride like a true professional should and told me that Bradley would call me when it was complete. Bradley called and told me that my Grape Ape would be ready around 5:00p.m. I forgot about all the work and parts I had requested and nearly fainted when they gave me the bill. Bradley took the time to go over it with me and it was just as it should have been. I FORGOT ABOUT TAXES!
I hadn't got to third gear with the hammer down when I realized these guys were good. I guess when you ride a scooter every day you don't notice that your tires are bad, forks sluggish, and clutch is slipping. The Grape Ape now rides like an Ape on Steroids. Smooth as silk in the curves and the 95 inches are doing what they should. As you might have guessed I'm not easily impressed but I would recommend Bradley and his great team at N.L.R to anyone who wants their service work done better than right the first time. Thanks, Pinkyboy"

"I would like to express my personal thanks to Bob Dingler and the service staff at Jones HD for going above and beyond the call of duty to get me back on the road.
A buddy and I were riding from Columbus to the grand canyon when my 2008 ultra broke down in Camden Ark. on the second day. After calling several dealerships in the area I called Jones HD and talked to Bob. Bob diagnosed the problem as a leaking fuel canister inside the gas tank.
I was working with HD to arrange a tow the 90 miles to Little rock which was taking a lot of time. Bob offered his personal cell phone number and told me to call whenever I got the bike to shop and he would come over and open up and put bike inside. Well I finally got towed to Little Rock in the rain about 10pm and called Bob. Bob said he would be there ASAP.
Unfortunately, because of similar failures on other 08 bikes part was not in stock. Bob ordered part first thing Monday morning and arrived Tuesday. His crew had bike ready and installed part as soon as the truck arrived. We did not make the Grand Canyon but Bob and his crew got us back on the road so we missed the rain heading up the Midwest on the way home.
It was a bad situation losing 3.5 days and having to cancel the rest of our trip, but the crew at Jones did everything they could to help get us back on the road.
Thanks again to all at Jones HD
Stuck in Camden

"I just purchased my first bike from you guys and could not have been more pleased. You handled everything with a friendly and personal yet professional manner. I had been attempting to purchase a bike for nearly 6 months and had almost given up hope. I came in just on a whim one last time and found one that just happened to be in my price range. I was incredibly excited. Inside of 2 days I was on my very first harley davidson. I know that I'll for sure have you guys service my bike in the future and when the time comes I'll come back to you guys for my next bike. I tell everyone I know that asks to go to you guys. I know you'll treat 'em right. Thank you so much for helping me make one of my dreams come true."

"I had a failure happen during the toy ride this year when the clutch on my bike failed. I contacted your dealership saturday while I was stuck at war memorial stadium, I talked to Bob Dingler and told him what took place,he had me check some things with no luck. It was to late to get it to your dealer ship but Bob said if I could get the bike to him monday they would check it out. I purchased a 7 year warranty on this bike and was hoping it would be covered. They did some things to the bike, which I still dont understand how you can loose a whole clutch lever like something broke, but when I picked up my bike today it is working smoother than it did when it was new. I have been to your dealership many times and did not like the service - or should I say the attitude of the people. I'm a service manager and tech and have been for many years and I know how people want to be treated. I must say that Bob was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Please pass this on to him and his team. Looking forward to my next visit to your dealership."

"I really enjoyed the Ladies' GARAGE PARTY held this last Saturday. Learning how to pick up a fallen bike was one of the highlights. Hearing tips on service and maintenance of your bike, selecting the right gear for the ride, start up procedures and safety tips was very informative. The food was fantastic! The band, NTO, was really good. They had a good time and kept up the beat even after the crowd thinned out. All of the women in attendance, both riders and passengers, appeared to have a great time. An air of camaraderie was in existence. We even made plans to do some all female rides next year where we make as many bathroom stops as we want to make, stop occasionally for shopping, avoid freeways, don't drive 75 mph and have the "passenger" ladies bring along some trucks so we can carry luggage and as many pair of shoes as we want! Thanks to all of the Jones staff for making this a very enjoyable event. I look forward to many more events targeting our specific interests and needs. "

"My wife and I visited the Hot Springs Business Expo on Thursday of last week. While we were there, we had the privilege of meeting and being helped by Ms. Williams. She was so very helpful and her knowledge of your motorcycles and your business was very evident in all her actions and discussions. We had hoped to get to your dealership in Hot Springs on Friday or Saturday to test ride a sled, but we were tied up with unforeseen events.
My wife drives a VSTAR, and I drive a VTX, and I am interested in learning more about the Harley world. We will get down to the dealership soon, and we will look forward to dealing with Ms. Williams.

"Recently, my wife and I were traveling out your way on my new 2007 Ultra Classic. This was our first road trip with this bike plus our first visit to your most beautiful state. I try and plan my routes based on the sites and one of the big items I also consider is the various Harley Davidson shops we can pass along the way to Hot Springs. I use the HOG travel guide book noted in the book your Hot Springs store was to be closed on Sundays but open on Monday thus we made some minor trip change plans so that we could stop into your store on June 4th, a few days prior to the start of your State HOG rally.
When we pulled up in front of your new dealership the first thing we didn't see were any signs of life, no bikes, no people, nothing. I pulled out my book and double checked what I had read....Says open on Mondays....
Since we were there we walked around the store, saw a couple of folks packing the shelves getting ready for lots of bikers later in the week. We saw someone in the back roll up door area, thus we knocked. Jason Beckwith was kind enough to roll up the door, let us know that the store was closed on Mondays and he was very sorry. We explained to him about adjusting our schedule just so that we could pick up some T-shirts etc. from your newest location. We talked about bikes for a few minutes then he was kind enough to take us on a short tour of your new store, allowed us (mainly my wife) to find a number of T-shirts and charm for my wife and kids back home (my 26 year old son rides a restored 1959 H.D).
Jason was kind enough to let my wife hunt and search for just what she wanted, he was very patient with us.
A primary reason for taking our rides, besides the great scenery, feeling the wind in your face, smelling the fresh air is meeting lots and lots of very nice people. Jason is one of those we were fortunate enough to meet. He was gracious, showed us hospitality that I'm not sure you would see in California. He took time out of his very busy day to allow us the visit we hoped for at your Hot Springs Harley Davidson location.
It's great to see such outstanding customer service. Jason took that extra step to go above and beyond for us. He is one exceptional employee.
Thanks again,
Bob and Cindy Cave

"A "BIG" thanks goes out to an employee at the Hot Springs
Shop by the name of Brady MacAdoo. While returning home on
Hwy 270 bypass my engine locked-up on my 60 year old motorcycle. There was no way I could have gotten it loaded
into my wifes truck with out Brady stoping to help. If you want to find out what happened to my engine, you'll have to stop by Jones Harley-Davidson in Hot Springs and ask Brady because I ain't telling, HA, HA, HA. Sometimes old people (me) do dumb things. Anyway the bike is up and running again. Thanks again Brady. Best Regards, Stewart McGhee, Benton, Ark "

"Last month my husband got me my first HD, an 07' 1200L. I love it, no more riding behind him on his Fatboy. But it got better. Our 29th wedding anniversary was May 6th, he surprised me with new pipes. I have the best husband. Thanks Jones HD for the great sales staff and fast service. Cindy Richardson "

"I would just like to say Thank-You to the staff at Jones HD dealership in Little Rock. Recently my wife was pleasantly surprised when we purchased her an XL883L as a wedding gift. We had been enticed by Bumpus HD in Memphis and Texoma HD in Sherman(both of which have great sales staff), but it was due to the above and beyond customer service we receive each time we visit Ella Garrett at the Little Rock location that we purchased her bike there. I would STRONGLY recommend that anyone wanting attention to detail and dealing with someone who loves her job and the HD lifestyle visit Ella as well. She is truly an asset to the Jones company. Wendi was excellent in completing the sale, and words cannot say enough about Brian Phelps! This is a man who without a doubt walks the walk, truly a person Willie G. himself should thank for his dedication to his job and the integrity he brings to Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Thanks again guys!"

"I was on a trip to Memphis from Houston on August 4th of this year when my Road King started having trouble. I came to your service dept and was met by Jim Luchsinger who treated me with the highest regard and assured me that I would be on the road soon. Your service dept. went right to work to fix the problem, (a sensor O ring) and I was back on the road. While waiting in the show room I had the opportunity to meet several employees that were all friendly and courteous. You should be very proud of your people and the outstanding customer service that they provide. "

"I want to thank Brian Phelps with Jones HD for helping me leave the nest.
It all started with a phone call, from Jay and Renee R. Brian Phelps agreed to teach the LOH (Ladies of Harley) a Group Riding Course at the LR Jones HD Dealership.
I consider myself a "baby" biker, but I'm getting better each time I ride. Living in NLR and never venturing outside my neighborhood, the thought of having to ride to the LR Jones HD Dealership made me very nervous and I wasn’t sure if I could do this or if I was ready.
Jay R. and my husband, Oscar said they would ride with me if I want to take the course. I couldn’t pass up this offer. You can't believe how my heart was pounding, but I was determined to ride to the LR dealership. I was very nervous and had butterflies in my stomach.
We arrived at the LR Jones HD Dealership before I knew it. We met Brian and the course began. I must compliment Brian as an instructor. He knows how to explain situations so you understand, and makes you feel very comfortable. I was fortunate to have Brian as an instructor before, when I had taken the Riders Edge course in November 2005. Brian and his team were awesome.
Once we reviewed the film and had the Q&A session, it was time for the group ride. The hour ride included winding roads and included entering and exiting onto the Interstate. By the time we got back to the dealership, it had reinforced the reason why I wanted to ride. I had such a great time that it did not feel like I was taking a class.
For all you Ladies that have bikes and are nervous to venture pass the driveway or around the block, this course is for you. Brian is a great instructor and has the gift of making you feel at ease. If I can do this anyone can.
Being a woman rider has added to my self esteem and put me in a unique category. There are so many beautiful places to ride. I'm looking forward to exploring all of them.

"I have experienced so called service from HD dealers in several US states and Australia and I am happy to say that Captain is the best Service Manager between here and Australia! I only bought my bikes at Jones because of Captain. Then we met Wendy and John in Sales, Art, Hoss and Todd in Parts and Ella in clothing and they are all great people giving excellent service and friendly advice. The people at Jones are the best!"

"My wife and I were on a trip to the gulf coast on May 3 of this year when our Ultra started having trouble. Came to your sevice dept and was treated with the highest regard. Your sevice dept. went right to work to fix the problem, (a speed sensor) and we were back on the road. I thank you very much. You should be very proud of your people!"

"I was only "thinking" about buying a bike, but went home a new v-rod owner. A couple of v-rod owners from Texas that were passing through on their way back from Myrtle beach were as excited as I was about my purchase. Tim did not pressure me, but worked with me and gave me a deal I couldn't pass up."

"Ladies Only class is Awsome!!!!! Capt's class was very informative and very relaxing. We even had food!!! The Q&A session answered all of my question and cover some issues that I have not yet encountered. Now I feel like I can order the parts and accessories I want and talk with the service people about my "Pearl" without my Husband "translating" for me. Capt's class has given me freedom to really enjoy the ownership (riding, MX and servicing) of my Harley. Ladies, if you can, make the time for this class, I know I will be back for the next one!

"I purchased a new 2006 Road King Classic with Wendy Sams being the sales person. Once Again my expierence with the Little Rock location has been a good one. Wendy went out of her way to ensure that my needs were met and Art as usual went above board when he was asked questions about accessories for the new bike. Everything was ready when promised. Once Again, Thanks"

"I bought my Heritage Softail Classic from John and had a great experience! Service, Parts, Clothes and all of the people that work in those departments have all been excellent to work with. One of the best parts about my experience has been the Riders Edge course. I have been riding for a while and it is a true "get back to the basics" lesson. The information and experience you get during the course is very well worth the time invested. I would recommend Jones Harley and the Riders Edge to anyone wanting a great Harley experience!"

"I am a new and first time (Sept. 2005) Harley Owner. The staff and crew in NLR have been nothing other than OUTSTANDING and AWESOME to me. Since I have been dealing with them, I have become on a "first name basis" with them and this is very gratifying. I have definitely noticed they give as much attention and concern to my conversations with them as they do to any other customer on their sales floor.
Jim in service takes the time to council me about my present and future mechanical needs and suggests changes I may want to make- he seems to be able to work me into the shop schedule on my time table rather than his. Jennifer in MotorClothes has great product knowledge and insights, which keeps me stylish and functional. Jeff and Aaron in the parts department are especially awesome because they bend over backwards to suggest items and help me get chrome parts to dress out my Super Glide. They treat me like a millionaire- cause that's what they want me to spend on my current chrome obsession- HA-HA!! I have had a little interaction with the parts department at the LR store and they too have been nothing but fantastic with my needs or requests.
I am a Rider's Edge graduate, and I could never be able to communicate adequately the positive results and influence Brian and John (Cougar) are accomplishing with your H-D Safety Course.
You ALL are definitely keeping up the good work!!

"I just recently moved to the Little Rock area. I brought my 2003 Road Glide in for a 25000 mile check up (Monday July 25th) and had a new rear Tire put on. I found your service people VERY helpful, easy to deal with and helpful in getting my bike done when they said they would. When I picked up the bike, the bike was very clean, and I really appreciate that they took the time to clean my bike as though it was their own. When I went to check out I had a Pre-paid Service agreement with another dealer out of Iowa and your check out (counter) people help me through that process with out a hitch! I just wanted to take this time and say thank you. I found your prices to be competative to other dealers around the USA. I own three harleys and have spent nearly 100k over the past 5 years on bikes and parts and accessories. I am happy to find a Dealer in the Little Rock area that is going to be easy to work with for my future needs. Thanks Guys...well done! Look forward to see you all soon. Please include me in any mailing that you have for any of your sponsor rides. I have already registered for the ARK HOG Rally in Hot SPrings."

"Captain and his crew in the service Dept. have always gone out of their way to make sure that eveything is completed to standards and that you understand everything that they have done to your bike. Captain is even concerned about the cleaniness and appearance of the chrome and other parts and gives good advice on how to clean those areas.
Art in the parts dept. is top notch. If he does not have the part he will look it up immediatley and if a part comes in and cannot be found on the shelve he will take the time to see what happened to it and then go through the store and find it.
I referred a friend to see either Wendy or Brian on a new bike and he came away with a 2005 Ultra Classic and he is very pleased with the service that he recieved and therefore I am very pleased with it as well.
I have yet to have a bad experience at the I-30 location even though I did not purchase my bike from there."
